Leesville, LA in 1994 or so, someone won a pair of jet skies.
They kept them in front of the location on 171 for a month or so with a big banner to advertise an actual winner.

One of my good friends in like 3rd grade won pretty big. They went through the drive thru and I guess his fries or drink didn't have the game pieces on it so he bitched at his mom to go back for them. She said it was pointless, but went back.
They ended up winning a new Gateway computer(back when they were still nice). He said all she said when he read it off was "Well I'll be damned"

When it first came out they would hand you the game pieces. They were not on cups or burgers. A friend of mine worked there and would give me bags of game pieces. Never won anything besides a bunch of free food
