Outside of the obvious (sex, marriage, and kids being born)...

When I got an acceptance letter to a PhD program at Stanford. It capped off a lifetime of self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and insecurity and helped me find the confidence to be a better husband, father, and professional.

Have you ever had sex? I have it felt great.
It felt so good when I did it with my penis.

I would say when I finished the bar. Finding out I passed was awesome, but the feeling right after finishing the bar takes the cake. After months and months of studying 8-12 hours a day, then 3 days and 21.5 hours of testing, it was the biggest weight off of my shoulders. All the anticipation, stress, and fear washed away. I was so emotional that I cried in the car while driving to the bar to get hammered. It was the first and only time I have ever cried tears of joy.

Also, I'm not married yet and I don't have kids, so those typical answers are out for me.

Nope. I think I was just so emotionally and mentally drained from the whole experience.
