Friends of ours(a couple) each bought one over 2 years ago because they wanted to quit smoking and claimed those would help them quit.
They still use the e-cigs on a regular basis.

Why do people here bitch so much about e cigarettes? Everyone here hates the smell of cigarettes and when a product comes out that helps people quit smoking and does not stink everything up you bitch about that.

Acquaintance of mine got one 9 months ago and hasn't smoked a cigarette since. Was at almost two packs a day. I would say that's a huge progress.

It's all in your head baw! I've been cold turkey for two weeks. It hasn't been that bad. That's the only way to really quit in my opinion.

I quit cold turkey as well. First month was the worst imo. After that it was much easier.

I had an eleaf battery pack with Nautilus aspire tank. I ended up having to quit vaping as well as I was ingesting more nicotine than i ever did smoking. Seriously the cravings i developed for the vape were stronger than the cigs. I really enjoyed it but in the end gave it up about three months ago. So far so good but damn did i want to hurt someone for the first week or two.

I Tried those terrible e cigs and the patches and gum and it all made me want to smoke even worse. So I just quit cold turkey and it was the absolute best way. Havent touvhed a cigarette or e cig in almost 2 years. And I will never smoke another one, I hate the smell of them.
