This is the male version of getting pregnant on the sly. I can't imagine this would be easy to prosecute. I've had a condom totally break on me. Also, had a stupid chick throw on a vaginal condom without telling me and the two aren't compatible.

I still will never understand how the younger generation will spend $100 on a case for their phone that they'll only have for 2 years, but won't spend $.50 on a condom to protect something they'll have for life.

Just tell her that she was so tight, it pulled the condom right off of you. She'll be so overcome by the compliment that she'll let it slide....right back in.
