Used to be the GM was the franchise owner and was also required to work 40 hours a week at the location. Chick fil a still own building and land so even though you are the franchise owner they can run your arse out

The hiring has now taken a hit sales are fine. They can’t be picky like the past. Where they had the pick of the perfect candidates always. They are taking anyone they can get now

Seems as though they hire young adults who are currently in college with their head on straight with plans for the future. Basically complete opposite of McDonald’s and others.
Hate to break it to you but some people actually raise their kids to grow into responsible adults. These are the kids it seems chik fil a targets.

Sorta related, but there’s actually a Popeye’s here in Utah and the caliber
of service is comically good.
All these teen/early 20s LDS kids who absolutely bust arse.
It’s great for the consumer.
