re: What if heaven is the rest of your life as if you hadn't died

Do you take meds for a mental illness ?

Seems to me there’s a lot of people on this planet who’ve lived pretty tough lives who would consider living this life continued as heaven being actually hell on earth.

Doesn’t logically make sense to me. The premise of Christianity says we are on earth in human form to choose to accept God or not. God gives us this time of free will to see if we sin or don’t sin and the result of our decision determines if we go to heaven after we die.

Why would God put us back in a free will situation after we die? Or like you said, why kinda just hold us there until the end of the world if it’s a place where sin is still within reach?

What if this life is purgatory and we are serving our time till we get to move on?

Would explain the discrepancy of why some go "too early".
