My wife had a credit for pottery barn about to expire so she wanted to get nutcracker themed stockings to hang over the fireplace. Apparently the sugar plum fairy is black now and only black. Not even offered in other colors.

All the blue eyed white babies had been bought up....you were late.
My wife and I raised a niece from the age of 4 when both her parents passed away of cancer within a year of one another. She would not have any doll that was not black. Simply would not have anything at all to do with any doll that wasn't black. We got some strange looks in public at times LOL. Some of our families were bent out of shape over it, some made some truly tasteless comments about it (some of those were pretty funny LOL but not in mixed company) but we never made anything of it because why would anyone give a flying frick what color plastic a doll was made out of LOL....
