Kashi brand go lean cereal. Really....nothing comes close for anyone I know who has eaten it. Problem is that it doesn’t get the aroma you’d like. Boil up some garlic pods in crawfish boil and go to town, eating a couple whole pods about 2 hours before you leave. 2 bowls of kashi and 2 garlic pods for lunch 2 hours before departure. Fun times for all. Fool proof.

Get fricked up on Yuengling the night before. The few times I drank that nasty piss beer, the next day was a horror show.
