It’s an over used term to describe a person that is often accusatory of something of which they themselves are doing. In this case I nailed your personality and the way you use Facebook, so you tried to say I was projecting in an attempt to deflect from your addiction.

- Guy gets super excited he is dating some chick and tells all about it, then becomes heart broken b/c she ends it 2 months later.

-Married woman who does not want kids posts tons of vacation pictures even though she does not travel excessively. And she posts links to her blog which she posts every single thing she does or every thought that pops into her head when nobody, except your own biological kids, would even care about.

I am about to shut mine down. Sick of seeing all the wonderfully fake portrayals of everyone’s life. Will still have to hear about it from the wife though.
