What ever became of the Ann Heche story?

Cannabinoids were detected in Heche's urine, but not in the blood test, which was consistent with prior use, but not during the time of the incident. Fentanyl was also detected in Heche's system, but it was determined that it was from treatment she received at the hospital.
So she wasn't whacked out on a cocktail of drugs. Nothing that would have caused the crash.
She crashes, is taken out on a stretcher, sits up, and then.... dies shortly after.

She was also trapped in the burning car/house for 30-45 minutes before being rescued.

Yes, 'they' made her drive alone that day and crash twice, with the second accident essentially killing her. You figured it out, 'they' did it to her.
