What does Whataburger have that differentiaties it from In-N-Out Burger?

I've been several times.. first one in DFW area was in Frisco It was ok.. hype made me expect more. I will say that they have the happiest fast food workers of any place I have ever been.

Been to a bunch of In n Outs living in California. Its about equal to Whataburger. Better than McDs and B King, but overhyped.
