You know good and well they told that kid to do that. People are just stupid these days.

As a toddler, I fricking loved rubbing silk between my hands, to the point that my grandparents kept a drawer full of hankies for me.
My folks took my brothers and I to a Hooters at my eldest brother's request - I believe he was 14 or 15 at the time, making me 2 or 3.
Waitress came around to take orders, and as soon as she got close to me, I apparently stuck my hand up her pants and a thumb in my mouth.
My pop turned to my brother and said, "son, don't you wish you could get away with that?"
"Yeah, dad, I sure do."
Luckily, the waitress thought it was adorable.
Tried doing that a few years ago and now I'm banned from Hooters.
