I wouldn’t doubt that the US and other countries know what happened at a high level, even if it was pilot suicide.
But none of them are willing to tell the public how they got the information so they’re just letting the mystery ride.

I think the pilot angle is most likely. If you’ve got an hour to kill this article is very thorough. The flight sim he had done at home is an eerie breadcrumb. They also delve into some personal things he had been going through in the weeks and months leading up to the flight.

It seems that the simplest explanation is Pilot murder/suicide, but did anyone ever explain how the electronics were turned off considering the only way to do it is to go down into the electronics room? I guess the pilot could have done it after everyone was out from depressurization?

I thought it could all be done from cockpit
The electronics room angle was how a passenger could do it without getting in cockpit

Yea, they kind of lost me there. I don't watch documentaries for dramatized what-ifs with no backing evidence.
However, they didn't follow up at all with the satellite photos the woman found in the South China Sea that look a lot like plane wreckage. Now, it could be nothing, like the Martian photos that look like faces, but I wish someone would have at least countered the evidence instead of completely glossing over it.

They touched on that in the article i posted. Another scenario in which the pilot isn’t at fault is either the cargo or an electrical failure caused a fire which took out all the equipment. Apparently there was a shite ton of lithium on board which others have alluded to.
