What does it mean when people say that a woman “walks like a man”

I hear people say this sometimes and I was wondering what it actually means to walk like a man vs walking like a woman. Is walking with confidence and authority what people consider to be walking like a man?

Is this just something that women say to degrade other women that they don’t like? I’ve heard some female coworkers say this about other women that they don’t get along with.
