I have all three with Cox.

The cable package I have, allows me to watch SEC Network, NFL Network, ESPNU, etc and when I got Showtime, at the time there was a special. I could add HBO for $2 extra dollars a month.

For over a year I have been saying I am going to cancel my landline. It is rarely, if ever... used, so I think I am about to actually do it.. Anyway, my bill is $325 a month. Last November it was just over $280, nothing added, it just kind of kept going up.

Anyway. Am I paying too much for what I have?

$0 the man is watching and listening to us all the time. I now send carrier pigeons to an undisclosed location and get a robot to type my replies and make my threads.

Eta: I also do not use my own wifi, I steal it.

Around $130 from Comcast. Internet/ cable with HBO and a couple other premium channels that I never ordered but they don't charge me for some reason.

My gf wants all the sports channels so we pay like $125 for internet and cable. If it were up to me I'd cut the cable as I don't use the shite ever.

Internet is $50 with Suddenlink for their premier speed package. Cable is a dying word brother, time to cut the cord. A la carte TV will be your only option in 5 years.

We have Roku/Sling/Netflix setup that costs us $30/month...and that is for 3 TVs. We did invest in a kick arse wireless router that can easily handle all of the WiFi connections (TVs, phones, tables, etc.)

Love it.

I'd say you're paying way too much.

I forget how much I'm paying right now since my wife handles the bills usually. But I think it's around $150 with Comcast.

100 mbps internet, cable with 4 hd boxes, HBO, sports package, and no showtime or cinemax or anything.

I cancelled my landline and got Ooma. We pay only a few bucks a month for that. It cut the bill down a lot and works perfectly as a home phone.

$325 per month is way, way, way too much. You must have the Cadillac plans for your cable, internet, and home phone to spend that much.
