$746 a month for family of four. Self employed here. Dental is around 80 a month.
Health plan is a 5500 deductible so I basically pay everything out of pocket until that 5500 is reached. We are fortunately pretty healthy though.

About $750 month out of my check. Full family with dental, vision, etc. I looked at obamacare just for kicks and it quoted me $2200+.

Don't make the mistake that many do of focusing solely on the premium.
Sure that is the first thing that people notice & is almost always the biggest factor in choosing a plan.
But the plan design (value) as well as the provider network (access) are key also.
This is one of the biggest spin jobs with the ACA exchanges. You rarely hear about the shitty plan designs and never hear about how some of the low cost coverages being advertised limit the member to a much lesser network of providers.

$0.00
Company pays for all that crap. Plus they cover first $500 out of pocket for any co-pays or other medical expenses that the insurance doesn't cover (Florida Blue). I think my doctor visit or specialist visit co-pay is $50. Had to get a scrip filled for the first time in 10 years a few months ago and it was $7.
