First thing is I chug a glass of water. If I have any apple cider vinegar I throw a couple cap fulls in there when there is a little water left. I do this while a cup of coffee is being made.

My wife hangs a banana bag for me. Nothing like mainlining thiamine, folic acid, magnesium, a multivitamin and dextrose to get you going.

The only thing that gives me any sort of boost is Redline. I drink 1/2 a bottle on my way to work, and the rest around noon, and I'm good for the rest of the day. I could drink an entire pot of coffee or multiple energy drinks and then go right back to sleep. Redline does the trick.

I start most mornings with a glass of water. I only drink coffee maybe once a week.
Not a huge breakfast person, skip it about half the days which I know is bad. I've been doing cinnamon toast lately if I have anything. I did try some almond milk yogurt the other day that was delicious. Need to get more of that to mix with granola.
