Men typically want a woman who is loyal. They want someone they can trust with their ambitions. They want someone who can bare their children, care for them when they're sick, and ease their burdens. They want to come home to someone at the end of a long work day that makes all of those efforts feel worthwhile.
They also want a girl who looks hot and will f&%k them (and only them) as often as physically possible.
In the end, the most important traits for a woman:

enthusiastic
compassionate
trustworthy
However, Full belly and empty balls are pretty much the working goal. No man has ever cheated on a woman that kept his belly full and balls empty.
They also want a girl who looks hot and will f&%k them (and only them) as often as physically possible.

One that doesn't talk constantly so that when she DOES talk to me, I know to pay attention. My wife constantly talks to the dog, the cats, the kids, her mom, her sister, herself, her friends, her co-workers, the floor, the doors, the toilet, the shower, the cupboards, the pantry, the refrigerator, lizards the cats bring in, etc...

So much this. They talk so much just to vent and expect you to pick out every detail they need you to make note of and know the difference. I don't feel any need to share every stupid boring detail of my day. It's a waste of time. That stuff didn't matter to me, why would it matter to anyone else?
For men, communicating is a means to an end, it's constructive.
For women, communication largely is the end in and of itself.
For men, they have jobs and work their ways up the ladder to increase their odds of having sex.
Women have sex to work their ways up the ladder.
It's just a completely different philosophy, motivation, and outlook on life as to why men and women have friction. No biggie
