Well, it's not irrelevant, obviously.

THIS! I had to explain this to some of my coworkers. They were like "but the original dress is black and blue!"

That doesn't matter. The crazy thing is that you could print out the controversial picture and have multiple people looking at the same picture and see different things.

I understand why people see white and gold but your photo is just dumb. Comparing a flat solid black to a shitty cell phone camera picture with too much flash.

It does matter when you are trying to decide who's eyes are right and wrong.

Fine. But please post a similar photo with the "shade of black" color you see in the dress so I can understand.

So if I put a red filter on it, and some people see it as red and some people see it as blue, then the blue people's eyes are right because the dress was sold blue? That picture has horrible lighting and exposure, so you might as well have put a weird filter on it. The issue is more complex than some people's eyes being "right or wrong".

This is a hormone test, I hear.

The more testosterone in your system, the more likely you will see Black and blue.

The more estrogen will cause you to see white and gold

Don't be obtuse. You know what "actual photo" I am talking about. Obviously not the one this thread is about.
