The suburbs of Boise, Idaho. It’s the closest thing to white gentrification in the country. Small towns doubling and tripling in population and home prices are skyrocketing. Road infrastructure can’t even keep up. Small farm towns are going from unknown areas to thriving suburbs with new neighborhoods and corporate box stores everywhere.

Fort Mill and Indian Land are what’s growing. And the Panthers HQ will be in Fort Mill, not Rock Hill.
Rock Hill's had some good growth too.
It most certainly is going to be in Rock Hill, right by i77 just below Eden Terrace.

Kalispell, MT is the second fastest growing micropolitan area in the nation. Our entire valley is blowing up. Luckily we don’t have an interstate running through, which can’t be said for the other rapidly growing areas in Montana.

I’m real happy I don’t live in any of them
I wouldn’t like an established big city either for that matter

nd a lot of folks do half-days on fresh powder mornings. Ski all morning, be back at work after lunch.
You can do that when you have to work two part time jobs to make a living. I agree it’s a cool place. But a lot of people seemed to be transients with no full time employment.
Don’t think that would work for me ( 2 PT jobs. The half day skiing would be great). But to each his own.

Gulf Shores and Foley are growing really fast right now. For that matter all of Baldwin County is. 30k homes being built according to permit statistics.

Why was this downvoted lmao? I'm moving here from the great Commie state of California.

We've considered moving to that area too when my kid is done with school in a few years. I'm not really a big city guy so an area that size appeals to me. There or Eastern Tennessee/Western NC.
