Mid life crisis comes at 40-50 because that's when you actually realistically contemplate death happening. Not immediate but 40s is when shite starts happening. It's around that age when something hurts you start to wonder if it's the beginning of the end. That's mid life crisis.

Sometimes life gets tough and people loose sight of what's really important and grasp at things that they think will fill the void of what they think they are missing out on.

But as a man you gotta keep your focus on what is really important and get out there and find that fricking dog!!

Everyone goes through one of some type. Some just react differently.

Lots of folks have their lives planned out and find them either mundane, or that life had different plans and it didn't work out like they thought.

I go through some kind of life epiphany ever few years.
