New build construction but house has been finished.
Got final approval from my lender, just waiting on USDA Rural Development to review loan package.

It’s just everything takes longer. Take incredible sales numbers right now and add the holidays to it and there’s always issues. I’d just stay on top of it with your lender

Were you burning in a dry wheat field or something? You couldn't stand there with a hose to handle any flare ups outside the pit?
