What can I do about a UPS package I never received?

Ordered some stuff from Amazon and tracking shows that UPS delivered package to my doorstep at 4:30 yesterday afternoon. No package in site and I received my other stuff I was also waiting on from Amazon.

Call UPS and they will send the driver back to confirm where he left the package. They will deal with it from there.

Check to make sure it was sent via UPS. If the sent it on separate shipments, one may have gone thru USPS, and they often don't get it there on time. Yet still mark the package as delivered.

If it shows as delivered, Amazon will normally tell you to wait another business day or two to see if it'll arrive.

You will gt it today.
UPS will delivery to your local post office on occasion and it will arrive the next day.

Ultimately Amazon will be the one to handle it. They will issue refund or re ship the item.
I have had a package transferred to USPS on the final delivery day and show up missing. USPS is the worst. I usually check with my neighbor, wait a day or two, then call amazon.

If it had drugs in it, the local drug task force has it and will make a controlled delivery and arrest you.

On the phone with Amazon they told me to wait until the end of the day and if it still hasn't showed up they'll send me a replacement.

Yes I'm sure. USPS dropped off 2 packages to my house around the same time UPS supposedly dropped this off.

I never get USPS crap delivered in a timely manner if ever at all. Prime or not.

You better hope it was UPS and not the USPS. If it wasnt from amazon then youd probably be in trouble because USPS is the worst!
