I see people getting pulled around on party trailers in New Orleans. I want to get a float and get people to pay to ride around and drink on a float instead. I bet I could get it full of tourist.

I have a few that I think would be cool just because they are hobbies and would truly love to own something I really like. First would be my own BJJ/boxing/MMA school with a twist. Incorporate tactical/self defense training along with firearm instruction into the mix. Second is an indoor golf practice place. Have simulators and some Trackmans in separate rooms off of a huge indoor putting green with multiple bunkers in the middle. Charge a flat monthly fee for unlimited 24 hour access.

I see land being cleared constantly and investigations reveal "ne storage unit site". Crazy that people have this much stuff to store.
We are a culture of excess and hoarding. Go to Japan one day and realize how "junky" we are. It's bizarre and I'm not completely innocent of it.

Where are you located? A lot of factors involved. The location we chose hasn’t been marketed yet

Fireworks.
A girl I know dated a dude who invested in fireworks. For five years he sold fireworks for the last 2 weeks in December and on January 1st and the week of the 4th of July. He turned $75k into almost $1M (the markup on fireworks are insane). The fourth of July week pays for the year with a small profit, the two weeks of Christmas and NYs is all profit. The amount of money people spend on that shite is crazy. There are kids who spend all the money they get for Christmas on fireworks. Then you have all the people who want to put on a huge display at midnight on New Years.
There are some people who will easily spend over $1k on fireworks. A lot of people who will spend hundreds over a two week span.
Ever since I talked to that dude, this was over 20 years ago, I always thought if someone could find away to separate themselves from other firework stands.. Like sell something else that people will say "lets go here so I can get ____ as well". Of course the location would have to be able to handle a lot of traffic, but a lot of money could be made.
