But what if she does? Many women complain about their husbands looking at other women on Instagram, making them feel insecure. So what if she decides to get cosmetic surgery to make herself look better? Why would the husband not like it if he tends to look at other women? She wants attention from him, but yes, she will also get attention from other men, but they don't matter as much. They're not her spouse.

Have played with real, silicone, and saline all of relative the same size. Silicone is probably the best. Natty tits will sag once she turns 50

Most people frown upon fake tits; I don't. If done well, they're great. One chick I dated with fake tits, they were so soft and pillowy that I'd take them over the real thing. If my s.o. said she wanted to get implants I wouldn't object.

OP clearly hasn't seen many tits in his life. There plenty of bad looking boobs and nipples. Its pretty rare for a skinny girl to also have decent tits, you know because tits are fat cells. So if you don't have great genetics, well then...
But also a lot of the chicks that get implants are because they are just not great looking, very flat, one is bigger then the other, one or two bad looking nipples, etc. If you get anything done cosmetically you may as well get them enlarged and done up right.
So again, you'd know this OP if you'd see many real tits.
