There's 49 odd some great weekends a year to drink. NYE is not one of them. Overhyped, trashy in general, unnecessarily expensive

Going to the CFP semi-final in Atlanta with my MIL, FIL, husband, teenage son, and teenage daughter.
My in-laws got us the tickets for Christmas. They live in Auburn and the game is in the afternoon so we are heading back to their house after the game.
Will spend the rest of NYE watching Clemson/OSU and hanging out at their house.
