Ocean Dr in Corpus is legit but it's actually the bay, not the ocean.

Exit 69 on I-75 in Detroit. Street name is Big Beaver.

Definitely an enjoyable ride and usually very little traffic. For most people it's just the scenic route to wherever they're going

I thought College Dr. in Fort Collins Colorado was pretty cool and actually does have some history to it. Very walkable area but wouldn't be anything too special driving through IMO.

mlk st is almost always converted from 1st street. 1st street is inherently near downtowns where minorities also tend to have located themselves based on people with money moving uptown.
