Owner of neighboring cattle ranch to my horse property doesn’t bury his dead cows. Coyotes enjoy an endless beef buffet and my dogs can’t resist rolling in the leftovers and bringing them to me. He doesn’t feed his livestock guardian dogs, so my wife (no pics) has decided they’re her responsibility. He sells dirt and we hear excavators and dump trucks all day and coyotes and Pyrenees all night.
His wife (also no pics) left after one too many beatings and he went partially blind after stroking out when the judge gave her half the herd. So I’ve been building and maintaining fences to keep his remaining cattle on his land since he can’t do it and won’t hire anyone. Getting tired of it since he’s half my age, in well over his head, and not interested in selling.

My next door neighbor at my previous house was a mentally challenged adult living with his elderly mother. He spent at least 1.5 hours a day with a giant leaf blower in his yard, 365 days a year. Because he's retarded we let it slide but it was absolute torture. I can't stand the sound of leaf blowers. I'm not a commie, but I support the banning of gas powered leaf blowers. The market seems to be fixing this slowly without a law, as more and more people move to the electric yard tools willingly. But I'd still like to ban them.

Late 1970's newly married with a toddler and a baby lived in a duplex. At first it was fine, gal next door from Ohio, then her shaved head biker brother moved in.
Gal moved out after getting married, biker brother stayed. He'd get phucked up and play "White Winged Dove" by Fleetwood Mac over and over all night long at full volume. I still hate that song

I had a neighbor who hated kids and dogs. I had both. There was no fence between our yards so she put a piece of rope along the entire property line to mark her side. Crazy bitch. Her husband was normal but he needed to run for the hills.

We actually had people take measuring tapes and go out and measure old exisiting fences etc so they could fine them for being an inch or two too high. Neighborhood was at war with each other. (Retired military bs)
We were spending 10,000 of dollars in litigation a year to collect 500 dollar fines.
First thing I did as HOA president is cut this shite out and declare amnesty to everyone if they would just pay dues. After a lot of grumbling etc, within a year we had enough money to shore up some issues, buy benches for the lake etc and have block parties with bands etc.
We had 50k in the account and I was president unopposed every year when I left. It literally pays to get along with your neighbors.

I also had two neighbors in 80s that were both good people but for some reason hated each other, I don’t remember what started it. But one of them called cops on the other for their dog pissing through the fence. (It was Ocean Springs, we didn’t have a lot of crime. ) Anyway, a SNL guy was visiting his parents or something and read our weekly police report, and they did a segment on SNL on it and included this report. It was so stupor and funny that it actually chilled out their feud a lot

I live in a very nice neighborhood in Mobile to start off with so let me start with that which makes this so weird. My next door neighbors wife left him and he went nuts and went on a big Cocaine bing then everthing else binder with strippers, whores, bikers etc. He has a couch, table a bunch of chairs and bed in the house etc that’s it.
His house looked like mine and was next door so I would have people knocking on door at 3am looking for a party, this naked girl showed up once at 1 am saying he was going to kill her, etc. Finally, he didn’t pay some drug dealer and he went to wrong house and the guy started banging on my door when I was out of town and scared my wife and kids to death. (apparently owed him 50k per cops) Apparently we was partying and/or gay with some judge so they wouldn’t bust him.
Finally, I had to hire off duty cops to sit in front of my house for months until he finally left. He was in bham for 2 days and arrested for 3 felony count indictment to show you how out of control he was

Apartment days we lived next to the “titty bar DJ”.
Indoor apartments with a common area walking out. He apparently only brought home the D-team strippers to party. Lived with one who we’d hear screaming about once a month. If you believe what we heard through the walls Simone got stabbed and jumped out of a second floor balcony.
Called the cops on them twice before we finally upgraded to “house folks”.
His girl and the dancers I saw going in and out of there were heinous. Nothing good to put up with the noise and bullshite.

We live in a decent, middle class neighborhood where most people take good care of their homes and yards.
Low interest rates and perhaps a personal injury settlement allowed a trashy family to move in. They’ve mowed the grass in the front yard 3 times this year, let the hedges grow damn near to the roofline, and allowed weeds to grow taller than a man. Potted plants left by the former owner died and have sat untouched for months. That’s the front yard. A neighbor tells me the back yard has never been cut and is a jungle And that’s where they go to sit and smoke. Of course, they have a Harley and a loud piece of shite truck.
At least it gives the other neighbors plenty to talk about when we get together.

We lived like two townhouses over so me and that guy crossed paths quite a bit but usually ended in us flipping each other off, never became physical again.
It's a shame but I'm going to teach my son to stay away from those situations. I think if she would have had a gun she would have shot me. Best just to call the law and keep on walking.
Why?? Just let nature take it's course with her.
