Honestly, probably being diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. The 5 year survival rate is around 1%, and the 1 year survival rate isn't much better. The scariest part about pancreatic cancer, and one of the reasons it's so deadly, is because symptoms don't begin to show until it's progressed.

It's a painful, and there's not really that much they can do. Just a terrible way to go.
