You mean the office support staff that failed to proof read an order for 10k ink pens we have at all the registers?

Thats what they are getting. A giftwrapped box of 12 pens that have my company name misspelled.

A few years ago I gave them a subscription to a company who ships them a new different scented candle once a month. Got the idea from Christmas Vacation.

(And I also give them a small cash bonus. It was more before the insurance I provide at no cost to them went skyhigh. Thanks Obama.)

I'm actually struggling with this as my prior paralegals have all been pretty girly and the wife could just buy them a Tory Burch wallet or something This one is kinda granola-y, so REI gift card, maybe?

Man... I usually give my paralegal about 1500 and a bottle of wine

This is like santa vs. parents over here

The firm gives bonuses/gifts but then we all tend to buy smaller things for a couple hundred bucks

Admittedly a gift card isn't personal but I'm at a loss, so...

Wife is making homemade fudge and brownies for me to pass out. I don't own the place, so it's not my responsibility to buy these people gifts.
