What are we actually supposed to do?

Corona spreads way too fast and easily for any preventive measures to stop it. Unless you’re a single mom from Slidell who lives off welfare you can’t realistically just stay inside 24 hours a day. Are we about to get fricked real hard and just have to ride it out?
