What are the most annoying foreign languages /accents to you?

For me I'd rank my top 2 this way:
1. Vietnamese. It's always spoken loudly and it just simply sounds like they are mocking other languages instead of actually communicating.
2. German. No matter whether it's a girl or guy speaking it, it comes off as pompous and arrogant.

ETA: I also hate the overly country and/or coonass accents, men and women alike. A slight country accent is fine and even sexy on certain women, but the ones who sound like they have never been off of a farm are very annoying.

This Italian guy said something to my wife and I that we still talk about while we were on vacation.
