Thanks for proving my point. Sugar, wheat bran, barley malt extract, no thanks.

Its fiber and fiber makes you shite. Raisin Bran used to be good but now they put double the scoops of sugary raisins in there. So not only are you getting fiber, you're getting a ton of sugar which loves to make the color explode and fire off some bombs

"Cereals" are about the most unhealthy breakfast you can have. Cereal and skim (sugar) milk is what the give hogs to fatten them up.

Post Raisin Bran

This was my cereal of choice, but Post stopped making their Raisin Bran. Now I buy the Aldi store brand. Very similar in taste to Post.

Started having a few spoonfuls of kimchi for breakfast about a year and a half ago along with an orange and a few grapes or strawberries. First time in my life that I can be 100% sure that i can take a quick, efficient early morning crap before leaving home in the A.M.

I look back at the 1970's cereal commercials and wonder how our parents could possibly think this was a good thing for us kids

Sure but the Raisin Bran at least has some fiber within the ranks of the extra carbs.
