Living in the south, you'll be driving to Florida to get it first. Louisiana and Mississippi will be 49th and 50th states to legalize.

Well, the key to it is of course, the repeal of the federal legislation that criminalizes it. Once that’s repealed, most states will legalize it and regulate it and Alabama, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Utah will be the last to legalize it. Louisiana will be the first southern state to do so. (2nd really if you count FL.)
