India:
Use up every bit of asphalt possible regardless of lane lines. Give other drivers a "look" for doing whatever you just did 100 times that day already. At least that's my interpretation.
I should have asked our driver what the "look" was all about. It was comical to watch.
Motorcycles of course get to cram in ahead of and between cars at lights and any other time as well.
Roads are for cows to relax on, regardless of the fact the road may be a 3/4 lane highway.

Mandeville - not slowing down to let people in and when they inevitably zip out in front of you, actually speeding up to tailgate them to show your disapproval even when there was plenty of room.
