So, basically you're a piece of shite loser piss poor excuse for a father and you want people to come up with ways to help you be even more of a loser.

I can understand not wanting to support the ex-bitch.
But why do you not want to take care of your children.
Thats pretty fricked up.

I adhere to "til death do you part". Works fine.

Because most the money given i child support is not spent to help the kids. Do any of you do research? Most of the time the mom spends the money on herself and the kids get the scraps.

Don't have kids would be the first way.

I don't have kids, but I've seen those actual examples where the mom looks all dolled up and the kids look to be wearing hand me downs. Alimony, child support and divorce all need to be over hauled. IF women want equality they should have zero problem with equal responsibility. I have a friend who's going through this very thing now. His wife wanted a divorce to find herself(of course), has had a job in a decade by her own choice and admitted this, but wants him to give up the car he just paid off, alimony and child support. dead beat moms don't get the same treatment, as dead beat dads. If only men didn't think with our dicks, women wouldn't have these BS laws in place to allow their pathetic behaviors.

Not getting married would help. I don't think the OP has a problem taking care of his kids. He has a problem taking care of of his ex under the guise of child support. That's his real beef. OP how long have you been married?

It really sucks you're experiencing this but in the end you have to do right by your kids brother.

I have seen some low life shitty posts on this board over the years and this moves you up in the top ten.
Trying to get out of taking care of your children is a shitty thing to do. Those kids will remember that you are a piece of shite.

That is why your story is not believable

alimony is for support of an ex-spouse regardless of children. Maintain standard of living she was accustomed to and other factors help determine it.
One simple example: One spouse works to put another through med school. Spouse becomes a neurosurgeon and they divorce, then the ex may get regular alimony payments for some period of time
Ex's can get alimony for a period even without children. With kids, tHey can get alimony AND child support too. Also, different tax rules apply to each

What state are you in?
Is it child support or alimony? Permanent alimony is pretty rare in Louisiana. You have to pay child support or they will make your life miserable.
You just foolishly posted your intentions and motives on a public forum. Better hope she doesn't figure out who you are.
