What are some hard skills younwish you had learned for your career?

I just realized that I should have spent the last year learning SQL and VBA for career long term despite it being mostly useless to me right now. Thought it might be a good discussion for this board.

PL-SQL or T-SQL?

PL-SQL pulls more money, but there are fewer jobs.

If you work in analytics, you might look at R or SAS (if you’re in financial analytics).
