I work for an airline. I didn't read it I was told.
The airport is going to be a nightmare unless many things have been changed since the last I have heard....
Delta for one is happy with where they are (fairly new concourse and right next to the car rental).

Yea, when they renovated D they made it a nicer facility. DL and UA have a good set up. B and C are a bit of a dump but serviceable. I'm not sure how the rates and charges are structured but they should be able to segregate the costs of the D improvements and charge DL and UA only.

New airport is also getting a United Club along with a Delta Club. Not sure if a non-affiliated lounge will be part of it, but I would think a Priority Pass lounge would kill it.
