I prefer to fly United when possible just for the fact their miles are easier to redeem for free flights especially if you have the Chase card but other than that there isn't a nickels difference between United, Delta, and American.

NetJets is the only acceptable airline.

I live in Dallas and fly American for everything except going back to New Orleans on Southwest.

JetBlue is my favorite.

Spirit is the worst. Swore I would not fly them again back in 2013 and still haven't. Will happily pay 200-300 more on flights over 3 hours to not fly spirit.

TBH I usually go with the lowest cost excluding Spirit and Frontier

My favorite has been JetBlue but I also like SWA because I can “upgrade” my queue and get better legroom than what I pay on a major carrier.

Agree with those three. JetBlue is a step up though. Spirit is 5 steps down.

I liked American when I worked in Denver. Nice flight from Denver to Dallas/Fort Worth then to Lafayette.

I have to fly United now since it's the only airline out of Gillette, WY.

Very much prefer American....

People always say this. Delta has one of the oldest fleets in the country and the oldest of the major carriers.

Maybe it's because of where I fly? I'm constantly flying to Atlanta.

Delta uses the MD-88 and 757 on the MSY-ATL route and those are their two oldest aircraft.

BTR-ATL is CRJs and the 717 which aren't particularly new either.

Cheapest not named spirit. With the extra fees, spirit ends up costing just as much as the other airlines.

Have miles with United but use them with Alliance partner Lufthansa when flying to Europe. Service is just so much better.

Delta bc its HC is here in Atlanta and I get sky miles from my AE card and I fly to Europe annually so KLM partnership is ideal.

I like Jet Blue but I fly on Southwest because it goes to family and friend's areas.
Flying is a royal PITA. Last time I flew, I had to sit by some of the stinkiest people. WTF. It was like a fricken cattle car. Take a bath and wash your clothes before you fly. Young people these days!

My last two times flying on Lufthansa were straight awful. I prefer Brussels Airlines.

American. Started when I was doing my international runs, One World Alliance, was useful. Since then, I just stayed because of miles and AA credit card...and I can get anywhere with them.

If I had the choice, Delta. But I fly United because I’m next to a United airport.
