What age did you stop jerking off?

I’m 43 and think I’m going to stop. Don’t do it more than once a week or so anyways. I think it’s affecting me in the bedroom. I don’t think I keep my hardness like I used to.

I’m in my mid fifties and I stopped as of Thursday last week. And I’ll stop again around the same time this week unless the urge to stop again hits before then.

Had a scare back around late 30s and single. Ended up meeting my dream girl out that night. Unfortunately I had been home jerking it all day. Add in a few beers, and there was nothing I could do to get it up as hard as she was working.
She quickly got distant after that eventually ghosting me. Quit drinking and porn that day.
