We really need to eliminate this mindset. It’s not good for her nor is she doing just fine. We have plenty of medical knowledge to know that a healthy body weight, proper nutrition, and adequate muscle mass is the key to healthspan longevity. People who “let themselves go,” gracefully or not, do not feel well, struggle with mental health issues, and develop early age medical problems.
I can’t speak for her plastic surgery as that’s a different issue. But the weight gain and lack of self-care for her body should not be celebrated.
