At least you have a mind and soul that is sensitive to such things.

Where you go from now is up to you.

Catholics have mass on Wednesday. Are you calling the Catholic Church trash too?

Everything we do is ultimately meaningless, but there's a special kind of absurdity attached to spending one's entire life teaching others about an eternity that will never come.

In this awesome age of technology that WE ALL are witnessing, I am amazed that some people just don't think that there's a heaven and a hell. You see the miracle of fiber optics, talking on a phone to someone halfway around the globe, crazy arse computers that have more information in them that we couldn't read in a million lifetimes, astrology discovered with the HUBBLE telescope that shows the earth is never ending, cloaking etc.... the list goes on and on. Wake someome up from the dead who died in the 1700's and put them on earth today and they would think that they were in heaven because of Air Conditoning, cars, phones etc..... It's not so far fetched to believe in a place like heaven and hell. It's another miracle that we won't see until we die imho.

Here's a link to the schedule of the usual daily services for next Wednesday at Westminister Abbey in London.

Astronomy??? And why is Hubble in all caps? Also, "the earth is never ending?" What in the actual frick?
However you did partially convince me on the existence of hell. Because I can now grasp the concept of hell, it would be reading this ridiculous post of yours over and over.

But they wouldn't be.... So I don't see how this is in any way evidence of an after life.

He's just making shite up. Hell is eternal seperation from god and no chance for redemption. That's why it's so bad. This is the place that he's prepared for the devil and his anglels.

And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. Revelation 20:14

I thought hell was bad enough, but then God cast hell into a lake of fire. Talk about a double whammy!

Haha yea damn, throwing hell into more hell. Can we just consider for a minute how ridiculous the concept of hell is? No decent human being would torture anyone for any length of time, yet we are supposed to believe that an all-loving and benevolent supreme being would torture the majority of people who have ever lived for an eternity. And not for hurting people or otherwise being a dick, simply for being a member of the majority of people that don't believe the hold a single specific(out of thousands) metaphysical belief.

Hell in this verse is talking about hell as in the hadein realm. When you die you will either be in paradise with Abraham or in torment in hell. It's the same place the rich man went in Mathew 5

After judgement day comes then that's when the second death occurs

Sounds like you have all your excuses ready so you can tell god on judgement day. Good luck with that. None of it is relevant or original. You are still responsible for your choices you make. Convincing yourself of your own innocence is a foolishing thing to do. Never less, Satan applauds you.

The way to salvation for Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, and Buddhism are so vastly different that only one of them can be correct. Only one of them is correct or non of them is correct. There are many false religions which the Bible correctly predicted.

The glee and anticipation with which many christians discuss the eternal damnation of others is an indictment of the nature of belief.

It's not just about salvation or forgiveness, it's about being right. You live your life denying natural urges and "temptations" of the world and you'll be DAMNED if you end up with the same fate as those who lived it up. They not only must be wrong but they must KNOW how wrong they were while being punished for being wrong for all eternity.

The irony is that kind of vigorous belief relies the same "sinful" pride the faithful chastise others for. Pride prevents objective analysis of lifelong beliefs, especially when being wrong forces one to deal with the prospect of a truly wasted existence. Imagine a 60 year old man coming to grips with living his entire life for a fantasy? Not only does he suffer the embarrassment of being wrong we all dread but his life has been devoted to a fairy tale.

He is also a just god.

It is extremely simple. Believe in Jesus. The most free and simple salvation of any religion.

Study bible prophecy and compare it to what the other religion's prophecy states. If you are truly smart, and want to be informed, research biblical prophecy. It lines up to world events perfectly.

Look at the old testament prophecy that was fulfilled over and over again and clear as day fulfilled. What is there not to believe? How can you not believe?
