Wtf are they protesting?! Bunch of mouthbreathers.
Guy had a knife and was resisting, running, and the taser didn’t work. He was going to enter that store and possibly pose a threat to the people in there. He had to be stopped. The end.

Once the decision is made to use deadly force, the amount of deadly force is irrelevant. One shot or 100 is intended to produce the same outcome, deadly force.
The whole, well they didn’t have to shoot him 10 times, argument is moot.
Real life is not like the movies, you don’t draw your weapon to shoot the gun / knife out of a suspects hands or with the intent to wound them. If it made it to the point your gun is drawn you are not probably at a point where if the suspect does not comply he needs to be taken out, center mass shots are best to avoid missing or hitting innocent bystanders. Unless you are drawing a sniper rifle, head shots are another movie falsity.

I swear I think leftists may be subhuman.
This is why I have never had respect for the organization/movement called 'black lives matter' as it's leftist political propaganda using a certain small number of black deaths for political gain and fabricates too many "facts" about many of the people killed while ignoring the much bigger issue that is causing a much larger number of black deaths including many truly innocent lost lives of both adults and children.
It is also motivating blacks to put themselves in harms way by resisting arrest violently.

I feel like an easy standard can be applied to these situations.
People should be protected in this order:
1. Civilians/bystanders
2. Police Offers
3. The perpetrator
You threaten civilians? Lethal force allowed
You threaten police? Lethal force allowed
You do neither? You get arrested like a normal person
