My direct next door neighbors are Romanian and absolutely the nicest people I have ever met. Man across the street is a postal employee who is an ex army ranger. He’s nice too but is serious about people getting in his yard.

Leaves a Firman 10kw tri fuel portable gen attached to the gas meter with a 15 foot hose. Recently he built a dog house to cover it with vents and all. Still haven't figured out if he's dumb AF or a genius as it's not bolted down and on the side of the house.

Got reported for putting up an unauthorized privacy fence, even though I wasn't putting one up. It was property line post and timbers left by the builder.
Home owners association wouldn't tell me who called me in.
I've only been living here for two months are very rarely walk outside.

during the hottest days of the summer, my closest neighbor, takes his cars out of his garage and puts them under shade trees in his yard. He's 85 years old. I've asked other people, but no one has any idea why he would do that.
He takes both cars out of the garage and parks them in his front yard. He moves them during the day as the shade moves and sun goes down. So weird. only does this during June-August every summer.
Obviously it has something to do with the heat, but why move them out of an air conditioned garage?

My neighbors still have Christmas lights on the house and the 3 inflatables in their front yard was probably picked up last weekend.

mine yelled at me for cutting grass at 9 am on a saturday. And is very tim the tool mans neighbor, always see his eyes peeking over the fence. I make eye contact and he doesnt flinch. Old bastard

My only neighbor is a 70- something fatass single woman. She has a bed and breakfast and is batshit crazy. She has a 2 story house. Anytime someone comes to do some work on her house she stands over them and watches them like a hawk.
She finally found someone to come change her roof since the hurricane. I came home from work and see a bunch of mexicans removing the shingles from her roof. I walk around the back of my house and look toward her yard and there she is on the 2nd story roof telling the mexican how to nail the tar paper on the roof.

My neighbor, whom I suspect is some kind of speed addict or cokehead, climbed up on my roof and started clearing off the snow. It was about 30 feet up and he didn't have any safety equipment.
He then asked me for $100.

My next door neighbors are all normal, cool people.I guess the weirdest thing would be that my neighbors to the south do crossfit in their garage 
There is a family down the block that has a pack of pet ducks, and they roam around their front yard occasionally. Quacks me up every time I see them.

Got one neighbor who is cool, but kinda weird. Always inviting me to golf and will chat me up when he's outside shooting hoops or playing w his drone.
My other neighbor irritates the ever loving crap out of me. She has 2 dogs (1 tiny and 1 huge). She never and I mean NEVER walks them so they are pent up and territorial as frick. The little one will get out and I'll find it running around/crapping in my yard...the big one is so territorial, I can't open my back door without it losing its mind barking and growling...hell I hear it barking and growling when I pull into my driveway. I've gotten a bark box to try and shut it up but it's so wound up sometimes it'll bark through the pain. She's an oblivious lonely idiot and no amount of me politely talking to her about her dogs does shite.
