I think smaller wrestlers have their place but you need big men to be your main eventers and make up the bulk of your roster, not the other way around

I'm going to pass. I am not into "wrestling" enough for all of this. I wish them well though as competition is good for all.

Amen. I don't know why some people feel the need to diss the other. Be glad there's a big alternative now and WWE has to step up their game again. It worked out pretty well last time.

My issue with AEW is part of their brand building strategy has been to build it on the back of a woke social justice warrior platform. Makes sense since their target audience is liberal white SJW males. But it just turns off people like men who don't care much for that.
(I know some one will point out that Vince is good friends with Trump, but I never see politics come up in WWE programming or off camera shoot interviews from the talent)

What’s on the agenda tonight for All Elite Social Justice Warrior Wrestling?
Will they focus on sports entertainment/Pro-wrestling? Or will they continue to focus the majority of their attention on pandering to the radical left and SJW crowd.
My guess is tonight will be combination of both since it’s the first show, but ultimately the main goal tonight will be promoting and worshipping mentally confused men pretending to be women. That’s the only reason they have a tranny on their roster.

And Lana making out with Lashley for 5 minutes while her husband watches on was better entertainment? GTFO. If Mondays raw was any indication, AEW is gonna wipe the floor with that nonsense.

And I guarantee you that segment generated more buzz than anything AEW will put out. I bet no AEW Dynamite YouTube video will get as many views as the Lashley-Lana kiss either.
It's the storylines, not the in ring workrate, that draws viewers and fan interest. AEW is trying to make themselves a promotion all about in ring workrate with a "real sports feel", and that is why they will ultimately come up short.

Fox has told WWE to make SD more of a "sports" based show when they start on Friday

And that is why there are two separate audiences. The people who want to watch AEW don't want that WWE bullshite. There's some crossover, but it's just not the same crowd. Go make a NXT thread for you guys to hang out and fellate WWE in.
