It's the night the wrestling world has been waiting almost 2 decades... someone to actively try and challenge WWE as AEW Dynamite debuts tonight marking the return of pro wrestling to TNT for the first time since WCW's final Monday Nitro episode on March 26, 2001
AEW Dynamite premieres from the Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C.
AEW World Champion Chris Jericho teams up with Ortiz & Santana (the former LAX) to take on the Young Bucks & Kenny Omega
AEW crowns its first "Women's" Champion tonight as "woman" Nyla Rose takes on Riho for the title
"The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes takes on Sammy Guevara
a match that was supposed to happen at Double or Nothing will happen tonight... PAC (the former Adrian Neville in WWE) takes on "Hangman" Adam Page
MJF battles Brandon Cutler
the former Dean Ambrose in WWE... Jon Moxley... is also set to appear during tonight show

WWE won't take the AEW debut lying down... they have a studded line-up as NXT takes its 2 full hours all to USA tonight from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Fla.
The NXT Championship is on the line as Adam Cole (BAY-BAY) defends against the King of Bros Matt Riddle
Shayna Baszler defends the NXT Women's Championship against Mrs. Johnny Wrestling, Candice LaRae
The Street Profits will try to get the NXT Tag Team Championship back from Undisputed ERA's reDRagon, Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly
Mr. Johnny Wrestling, Johnny Gargano... takes on Shane Thorne
Velveteen Dream will also make an appearance
and WWE will have a NXT preshow on WWE Network, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

The AEW preview show is coming on TruTV at 6. The big rumor for tonight is Jack Swagger might show up. Oh and AEW is apparently part of the Yang Gang
As for NXT, the word on the street is that Adam Cole's hand injury is bad enough that he's gonna drop the title tonight.

Someone on reddit posted a pic of the line to get into Capital One Arena. Sometimes the jokes write themselves. It's like playing Where's Waldo to find someone in this line who isn't overweight

This is why AEW is a joke promotion that will never be taken seriously. You have a man who is bigger than anyone on the men's roster taking on a tiny japanese woman for the women's title.
Men's roster is nothing but vanilla midgets who flip around and have no gimmick or personality other than the fact they are wrestlers.

AEW is going to be like WCW in regards to booking
In WCW the NWO never lost since they had creative control and never agreed to job. Stars had too much power
AEW will be the same. The Elite will never lose. Everyone will just job to Cody, the Bucks, Kenny, and Page. On the women's side everyone will be fed to Brandi.

That's my main criticism of NXT. Everyone whines how NXT stars get buried when they move to the main roster. It's because the vanilla flippy midget shite that works in NXT doesn't work on the main roster. The mainstream wants to see big men on the main roster. It's why an arm wrestling match between Bobby Lashley and Braun Strowman has 5x the views on YouTube than videos featuring two "workrate" focused wrestlers wrestling in the ring

Kenny's lost almost every match he's had in AEW. They're actually using that to play up his storyline on BTE. Page lost to Jericho and almost had a time limit draw against Kip Sabian. Brandi has only made an appearance in one of the battle royales and did not win. I don't know how much Vince is paying you to keep spouting this nonsense but its probably too much.

Cody expressed interest in an interview to purchase the rights to the War Games:The Match Beyond match
I'm sure WWE would never consider selling it... but it would be nice to see an AEW version of War Games
