I just got almost half an inch in 10 minutes which is incredible.

I'm growing skeptical, though.

This looks like it is moving on out tonight from NW La and we were projected to get anywhere from 9" to 18" depending on the source with our greatest flooding threat being tomorrow.

I said I'd probably get 4.5" from this overly hyped system. I'm wondering if I'm gonna get 3".

I am really getting tired of weather threads without PJs input.

Yep. Been here for about 5 years.

Were you stationed at Huachuca?

Yeah. Miss that area. Hated it at first and had to be dragged away kicking and screaming by the time I left.

The low doesn't seem to be parking itself. It seems to be moving east just fine.

Nothing much where I am at....But starting tomorrow afternoon through Sat morning we will have periods of heavy rain other times just a small amount .The Weather channel is way off on this one... They act like its gonna pourdown for three straight days... Not the case.... It will be dreary, but the BR area will not get 5-8 inches of rain. I would say 2-4 maybe.......

Peej, why is OweO always talking smack about you in threads when you're not around?

We lived between SV and Bisbee off of highway 90( i think it's called). Left in 2004 so it's been a little while. My wife and I were married in Bisbee.

Yazoo city, MS...no rain yet, but the wind is howling and clouds are rolling in. I am looking for a deluge tomorrow.

I have to go to Alexandria for work tomorrow. Am I screwed? I'm afraid of nados now. Any chance I'll get swept up twice in two weeks?

Maybe....I just know you've been around here a long time and pretty much everyone knows you. I was thinking he should at least say those things to your face, not just behind your back.

I think your biggest risk would be in going to Cenla for work and not paying the folks a visit while there!

It's been pouring here in Bossier for the past hour and a half, two hours.

Looks like the worst is over, though.

I doubt you get a tornado but if you go early you will have some hit and miss rain... Maybe some thunder... Now coming back will be a different story in the afternoon... Lots of rain by then and a good chance of strong storms....

You'll be fine. They thought this low was gonna stall and it is not stalling. Looks like everything is just gonna move out tonight.

The low never seems to stall.

He has been here a long time as well... This is like his 5th alter... He is just a shite stirrer. Doesn't bring much to the table except trying to get people to like him.....
