I threw a rock into my shin this morning weed eating with my Stihl KM 131R while wearing tennis shoes because it’s hot as balls so no chance I’m wearing boots and pants.

I wear long pants with crocs...But that doesn't stop the red ants..I got over a dozen bites on feet even on my arms.. I guess I was flinging them... Never did find the pile...

Wore my flip flops trimming using my commercial gas trimmer.

Your saying you had the right PPE. But if you were not wearing long pants, long sleeve shirt, face shield or safety glasses & gloves you did not have the required PPE for weed eating. You can’t pick and choose what PPE to wear

I always wear long pants while weed-eating. Meanwhile, the 85-year-old lady across the street is weed-eating in shorts and sandals. She's a tough one.

I weed trim and cut the grass with just shorts on. No shoes, no shirt.
I don't trim rocks. What little things that do hit my legs, i simply suck it up and don't act like a bitch about it.
When done, I spray off with the hose to get the grass off then jump in the pool.
