Nobody knows where this path will lead the USA and the people of the USA, but, the course is set in granite: the USA will be a Leftist Internationalist Regime, and its destiny will never again be determined by We the People.
China was around for thousands of years before there was a USA. It seems likely to me that China will outlast the USA.

I should say that the fetish began in earnest during the first half of the 20th century. But the point of contradiction is inconsequential. There is no doubt now that the USA is heading towards Leftist Internationalism.
