Joseph Goebbels had a PhD in philology (literature and drama). Alfred Rosenberg had a PhD in engineering. Bernhard Rust had a Doctorate in German philology and philosophy. Josef Mengele had a PhD in physical anthropology and an MD.
The degrees made them no less pieces of diseased rat excrement like this professor.

Make the learning institution hold 50% of the student loan obligation. All the overhead (admin and DEI) and useless degrees will end.
